De Pere Cabinet is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our facility by ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and assets. As a part of the HCI portfolio, we have been delivering high-quality semi-custom cabinetry since 1975.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance or machine repair.
- Associate degree or valid Journeyman card preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic components, PLC controls, and mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer software.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform tasks in various positions.
- Comfortable working in a loud environment and around moving machinery.
