We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team! As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for ensuring that all legal matters are handled in a professional and efficient manner. Our office concentrates on commercial litigation matters.

The Associate Attorney will also be responsible for:

Managing full case load from inception to post-trial
Attend hearings, depositions, mediation, and trials
Preparing pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, motion, and other litigation documents
Conducting legal research
Assisting in the review of legal documents for accuracy and completeness
Communicating with senior associates to ensure cases are handled efficiently
Ensuring confidentiality
Ability to prioritize workload based on deadlines
Ability to meet billing requirements

Associate Attorney Requirements and Qualification:

Accredited Law degree
Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing
0-3 year experience
Strong legal knowledge
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
Strong client service orientation
Ability to prioritize work
Proficiency in MS Office
Exceptional decision-making abilities
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
