For the support of our continuously growing clientele, we are looking for an employee to expand our team in our branch office in Charlotte, NC with immediate effect.

Your responsibilities:

You present our software products to customers and interested parties
You analyze the current business processes at our customers and document them
You implement our software at the customer's site or remotely and ensure smooth installation and configuration
Based on the process analysis, you will conduct training sessions and support our

customers during commissioning

You support our existing customers in order to optimize processes and implement new functions.

Your Profile:

You have a degree in IT, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or business administration
You have knowledge of databases (preferably MS-SQL, MySQL or PostgreSQL)
You have good IT skills
You are characterized by a high level of service orientation
You enjoy personal customer contact
You have a high degree of self-initiative, independence and commitment
You are willing to travel and have a very good knowledge of English language. German and Spanish is a plus

As an IT consultant, you are the contact person for our customers in all phases of the implementation of our ERP solutions and the subsequent customer support.
