For the support of our continuously growing clientele, we are looking for an employee to expand our team in our branch office in Charlotte, NC with immediate effect.
Your responsibilities:
- You present our software products to customers and interested parties
- You analyze the current business processes at our customers and document them
- You implement our software at the customer's site or remotely and ensure smooth installation and configuration
- Based on the process analysis, you will conduct training sessions and support our
customers during commissioning
- You support our existing customers in order to optimize processes and implement new functions.
Your Profile:
- You have a degree in IT, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or business administration
- You have knowledge of databases (preferably MS-SQL, MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- You have good IT skills
- You are characterized by a high level of service orientation
- You enjoy personal customer contact
- You have a high degree of self-initiative, independence and commitment
- You are willing to travel and have a very good knowledge of English language. German and Spanish is a plus
As an IT consultant, you are the contact person for our customers in all phases of the implementation of our ERP solutions and the subsequent customer support.
