Job Description
**Position is 2 hours SW of Louisville, KY**
We are looking to add a provider for 10-14 shifts per month.
First Site

Level 3 trauma center
27 regular rooms, 3 BH rooms, 2 Trauma Rooms, 12 fast track rooms
Staffing model in a 24 hour cycle is 7 physicians and 4 PAs.
Doc Shift times- 5A-2P, 6A-3P, 12P-9P, 1P-10P, 4P-1A, 7P-5A, 9P-6A
Certified as primary stroke center
Around 60,000 annual visits
Have pretty much all specialty support so able to keep most things other than transplant, burns and spines.

Second Site

Community Hospital
11 Beds
Staffing model in a 24 hour cycle is 2 docs and 1 APC
Doc shift times 7A-7P and 7P-7A
APC is 12P-10P, but they can come in at 10A if busy
Around 13,000 annual visits
