Job Description
**Position is 2 hours SW of Louisville, KY**
We are looking to add a provider for 10-14 shifts per month.
First Site
- Level 3 trauma center
- 27 regular rooms, 3 BH rooms, 2 Trauma Rooms, 12 fast track rooms
- Staffing model in a 24 hour cycle is 7 physicians and 4 PAs.
- Doc Shift times- 5A-2P, 6A-3P, 12P-9P, 1P-10P, 4P-1A, 7P-5A, 9P-6A
- Certified as primary stroke center
- Around 60,000 annual visits
- Have pretty much all specialty support so able to keep most things other than transplant, burns and spines.
Second Site
- Community Hospital
- 11 Beds
- Staffing model in a 24 hour cycle is 2 docs and 1 APC
- Doc shift times 7A-7P and 7P-7A
- APC is 12P-10P, but they can come in at 10A if busy
- Around 13,000 annual visits
