What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver individualized physical therapy services to patients of all ages, focusing on rehabilitation and promoting independence.
Create, update, and implement care plans based on patient assessments and goals.
Administer therapeutic interventions, including heat, water, electrical stimulation, and other physical agents.
Work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and provide guidance when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in physical therapy, with a preference for outpatient experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing patient needs.
A licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility for licensure) willing to relocate to South Dakota.
A passion for helping patients regain mobility and independence in a rural healthcare setting.
