What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver individualized physical therapy services to patients of all ages, focusing on rehabilitation and promoting independence.
- Create, update, and implement care plans based on patient assessments and goals.
- Administer therapeutic interventions, including heat, water, electrical stimulation, and other physical agents.
- Work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and provide guidance when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in physical therapy, with a preference for outpatient experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing patient needs.
- A licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility for licensure) willing to relocate to South Dakota.
- A passion for helping patients regain mobility and independence in a rural healthcare setting.
