Location: 10250 Constellation Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90067 (hybrid style,3 days working in the office)
Responsibilities:
1. Sensitive Word Management:
- Maintain and verify the sensitive word database on a weekly basis to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and cultural standards.
- Regularly liaise with the U.S. operations team to receive and analyze sensitive word lists provided by them.
- Collaborate with the domestic text team to evaluate the relevance of sensitive words, monitor false positives, and track violation rates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Content Risk Screening:
- Conduct periodic risk assessments of app content to identify and handle potential violations.
- Develop and optimize content review processes to enhance the automation and intelligence level of content management.
- Work closely with legal advisors and compliance teams to ensure content management adheres to local legal requirements.
3. Team Collaboration and Communication:
- Maintain close communication with superiors to ensure alignment on workflows and objectives.
- Report to headquarters or participate in regular training to stay updated on text processing logic and blocking logic across scenarios, as well as to discuss adjustments and optimization plans.
- When needed, participate in cross-department collaboration, offering expertise in text management and content risk assessment.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor the effectiveness of sensitive word management and content risk screening, generating regular performance reports.
- Based on performance data, propose improvement measures to continuously optimize text management strategies.
5. Training and Development:
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance personal and team capabilities in text management and risk awareness.
- Stay updated on the latest content management technologies and industry trends, introducing innovative solutions to the team.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- In-depth understanding and practical experience in content management and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and cultural standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
