Job Title: Transactional Attorney

Location: Boise, Idaho

Our client, a fast-growing law firm that prioritizes exceptional client service, is seeking a skilled and motivated Transactional Attorney to join their team. The firm allows attorneys to focus on legal work rather than business development, with lower billable hour requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three (5) years of experience in transactional law.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Idaho state bar.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Excellent research and communication abilities.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Team player with a willingness to learn and delegate tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on transactional matters and develop effective execution strategies.
Draft and negotiate contracts that protect client interests.
Represent clients in real estate transactions and disputes, including mediation and arbitration.
Advise on regulatory compliance, including zoning and environmental laws.
Assist with business entity formation and corporate governance.
Help clients navigate business transactions like sales and mergers.
Proactively prevent litigation and ensure compliance with laws.
Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
