Job Title: Transactional Attorney

Our client, a fast-growing law firm that prioritizes exceptional client service, is seeking a skilled and motivated Transactional Attorney to join their team. The firm allows attorneys to focus on legal work rather than business development, with lower billable hour requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (5) years of experience in transactional law.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Idaho state bar.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent research and communication abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and delegate tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on transactional matters and develop effective execution strategies.
- Draft and negotiate contracts that protect client interests.
- Represent clients in real estate transactions and disputes, including mediation and arbitration.
- Advise on regulatory compliance, including zoning and environmental laws.
- Assist with business entity formation and corporate governance.
- Help clients navigate business transactions like sales and mergers.
- Proactively prevent litigation and ensure compliance with laws.
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
