Responsibilities

Lead compensation program administration, including: • Conducting job analyses and reviews • Classifying positions (exempt and non-exempt) • Performing salary surveys and market matching • Maintaining compensation databases and job code tables • Overseeing annual merit pay increases
Analyze wage and salary data to evaluate job positions and determine appropriate classifications
Assist in designing and administering compensation programs
Process and audit time and attendance records
Support all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Collaborate with team members to approve job actions and ensure correct coding for internal/external reporting
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
2+ years' of progressive experience working in Human Resources
Hands-on knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation
Knowledge of HRIS systems, including running queries and data manipulation
Advanced excel skills (ex: pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
