Greer Financial Services has a strategic business partner that is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist eager to make an immediate impact while learning from leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your generalist skills with a laser focus on Compensation Analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead compensation program administration, including: • Conducting job analyses and reviews • Classifying positions (exempt and non-exempt) • Performing salary surveys and market matching • Maintaining compensation databases and job code tables • Overseeing annual merit pay increases
- Analyze wage and salary data to evaluate job positions and determine appropriate classifications
- Assist in designing and administering compensation programs
- Process and audit time and attendance records
- Support all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Collaborate with team members to approve job actions and ensure correct coding for internal/external reporting
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 2+ years' of progressive experience working in Human Resources
- Hands-on knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, including running queries and data manipulation
- Advanced excel skills (ex: pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
