Job Overview

We are committed to providing mentorship, guidance, and the tools you need to succeed in the insurance industry, even if you are not currently licensed. In this position, the Producer will learn the details of the insurance business from seasoned professionals who currently operate in this space and will have the opportunity to grow into a Career Agent within our company.

Qualifications

Strong desire to pursue a career in insurance sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intelligent & goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
Enthusiastic team player
Ability to obtain a P&C insurance license within the first month of employment (if not currently licensed)
Must be willing to commute to the North Richland Hills office at least three days a week
Having a strong natural network of business/business owners is a plus

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Producer at ISG, you will:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business owners to understand their insurance needs
Evaluate and analyze client risks to provide tailored P&C insurance solutions
Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate and secure the best coverage terms
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date client advice
Actively pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and outreach
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
Maintain an average of $30k/month (minimum) in written premium

Compensation

As a producer with ISG, your financial destiny is limited only by yourself. ISG provides Producers with a base salary plus monthly commissions and individual + team bonus earnings potential. Producer will be provided with the opportunity to develop their own clients and accounts. After the initial development period, the typical producer’s earnings are comparable to professionals in industries such as law, accounting, architecture, etc. As a Producer, there is no limit to your earning potential - the harder you work, the more you earn.

Total first-year average earning potential: $70,650 +

Advancement Opportunities

All Producers will have the opportunity to become Career Agents, then Senior Career Agents based on the size of their book of business. Career Agents & Senior Career Agents have the highest earning potential in the agency and lead a team of Producers of their own.
