About Us:

Maryville Integrated Care is a leading provider of addiction and mental health services, operating with a unique financial model: 70% of our funding comes from fee-for-service insurance, primarily Medicaid, and the remaining 30% from governmental grants. As CFO, you will play a critical role in overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the continued growth and sustainability of our organization.

What You'll Do:

Lead accounting, billing/receivables, and IT functions for a growing organization.
Manage Medicaid and commercial insurance receivables management, and navigate the transition to managed care.
Oversee government grants, financial reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Work closely with our managed service provider to oversee IT operations.
Play a key role in implementing a new electronic medical records system (experience in this area is a bonus!).

What We're Looking For:

A seasoned financial leader with 7-10 years of experience in senior financial roles. MBA or CPA a plus
Expertise in Medicaid billing and managed care.
Experience managing government grants and compliance.
Experience in IT management, with a preference for candidates with EMR implementation experience.
A strategic thinker who can balance fiscal responsibility with organizational growth.
