About Us:
Maryville Integrated Care is a leading provider of addiction and mental health services, operating with a unique financial model: 70% of our funding comes from fee-for-service insurance, primarily Medicaid, and the remaining 30% from governmental grants. As CFO, you will play a critical role in overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the continued growth and sustainability of our organization.
What You'll Do:
- Lead accounting, billing/receivables, and IT functions for a growing organization.
- Manage Medicaid and commercial insurance receivables management, and navigate the transition to managed care.
- Oversee government grants, financial reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with our managed service provider to oversee IT operations.
- Play a key role in implementing a new electronic medical records system (experience in this area is a bonus!).
What We're Looking For:
- A seasoned financial leader with 7-10 years of experience in senior financial roles. MBA or CPA a plus
- Expertise in Medicaid billing and managed care.
- Experience managing government grants and compliance.
- Experience in IT management, with a preference for candidates with EMR implementation experience.
- A strategic thinker who can balance fiscal responsibility with organizational growth.
