MD Squared Property Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support an executive in managing day-to-day tasks. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in real estate and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodations, and transportation for the executive and other team members as needed.
Client Relations: Assist with client communications, including sending gifts, thank-you notes, and other client-focused tasks.
Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the executive.
Inbox Management: Monitor emails on behalf of the executive, prioritizing and flagging important communications.
General Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, answering phones, and maintaining office supplies.
Special Projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, particularly those related to real estate.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Interest in real estate is a plus.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
