Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 8-10 email accounts, ensuring timely responses, organization, and prioritization.

• Record accurate and detailed meeting minutes during business meetings.

• Handle a range of personal and professional tasks, including managing schedules and off-site errands.

• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.

• Provide adaptable support across business and personal tasks as needed.

• Maintain regular daily attendance in the office.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on efficient task management.

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute daily to West Nashville.

Requirements:

• Full-time availability, Monday through Friday.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all tasks.
