Responsibilities:

Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the Install team's schedule, ensuring that appointments with customers are scheduled in a way that maximizes the team's productivity.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Install team, helping them with tasks that can enhance their efficiency and effectiveness of the operations.
Client Communication: Keep clients informed of any unforeseen delays and/or issues, maintaining a high level of transparency and professionalism in all.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the progress of the installation team, identify any shortcomings or bottlenecks in the process, and propose improvements to streamline.
Document Preparation: Prepare necessary documents to support both installation functions and along with permit applications in a timely manner, ensuring that all paperwork and records are in order and accurate.
