Description: Responsible for various duties and responsibilities supporting the Supply department in the procurement of products for distribution.

Primary Responsibilities:

Process purchase orders for the procurement of chemical products
Track and report products in inventory
Act as liaison between internal directors and external suppliers
Assist in the management of railcar and truck logistics to obtain products
Maintain supplier and product information in database
Prepare and track samples delivered to customers
Collect purchase planning forecasts from sales
Compile market data and alternative values
Report on various supplier data

Qualifications:

0-4 years professional experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution in business or related field
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, advanced knowledge of Excel desired
Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
Comfortable with handling and analyzing large volumes of data
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-starter with ability to prioritize and multitask
