We're seeking a fluent Spanish-Speaking Intake Coordinator to join our team and be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial consultations with Spanish-speaking potential clients via phone, email, or in person.
Gather detailed information about accidents, injuries, and potential legal issues.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate legal actions.
Accurately input and maintain client data in our case management system.
Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations.
Clearly explain legal services and processes to Spanish-speaking clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure all necessary information is collected.
Assist in preparing intake summaries and reports.
Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service or intake coordination, preferably in a legal setting.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Personal Injury
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic computer applications.
MUST be fluent in Spanish
