Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our millwork team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machinery, particularly in a millwork or cabinetry environment. Your role will involve programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts for custom cabinetry and millwork projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce custom cabinetry and millwork components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs to ensure accurate production.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Continuously improve processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a millwork or cabinetry setting.
Proficiency in CNC programming and operation.
Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and project requirements.
