Job Responsibilities

Build new experiences that delight customers.
Maintain the codebase by finding opportunities for performance optimization.
Guide the development team through collaboration, peer reviews, and mentoring.
Partner with product, design, and qa teams to create solutions to complex problems.
Shape the evolution of SAN's front-end architecture by creating standards of development.
Work with web teams to ensure a consistent experience across devices.
Research new technologies and ways to optimize the developer and user experiences.

Job Requirements

5-10 years professional software development experience.
Proven experience and mastery of React Native.
Strong customer focus; experience working on an enterprise, customer-facing application.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript/Typescript, React Native, React.
Experience debugging platform issues in swift and kotlin.
Proficiency in common engineering tools and services, such as version control, package management, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Additional Qualifications

Experience with Wordpress API.
Experience working with third-party contract developers.
Experience working with other React frameworks.
Experience working cross-platform (mobile + web) for a seamless user experience.
