Job Responsibilities
- Build new experiences that delight customers.
- Maintain the codebase by finding opportunities for performance optimization.
- Guide the development team through collaboration, peer reviews, and mentoring.
- Partner with product, design, and qa teams to create solutions to complex problems.
- Shape the evolution of SAN's front-end architecture by creating standards of development.
- Work with web teams to ensure a consistent experience across devices.
- Research new technologies and ways to optimize the developer and user experiences.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years professional software development experience.
- Proven experience and mastery of React Native.
- Strong customer focus; experience working on an enterprise, customer-facing application.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript/Typescript, React Native, React.
- Experience debugging platform issues in swift and kotlin.
- Proficiency in common engineering tools and services, such as version control, package management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Wordpress API.
- Experience working with third-party contract developers.
- Experience working with other React frameworks.
- Experience working cross-platform (mobile + web) for a seamless user experience.
