Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Expeditor to assist with administrative tasks in our valve procurement and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of valve-related orders, while providing vital support to our procurement and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: Track and expedite valve orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
Communication: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to address any issues or delays related to valve shipments.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels, ensuring all data is up-to-date in our systems.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on order status, inventory levels, and supplier performance for management review.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing correspondence.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in the procurement and expediting processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a procurement, logistics, or administrative role is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with inventory management software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
