The Harvard Cooperative Society (The Coop) is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations and assist with various financial tasks and strategic initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing team as The Coop transforms into a new era, reimagining what it means to be a member of the community and shaping the future of retail!

Key Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for supporting the full team (5-7 people) and keeping the office running smoothly day-to-day
Keep supplies stocked, ensuring the office space is comfortable and well-maintained for employees and visitors
Provide scheduling support and coordination for in-office meetings, including drafting agendas, taking meeting notes, etc.
Manage internal database and contact lists
Provide financial administrative support such as reconciling invoices and maintaining accurate reporting

Qualifications:

Ability to commute to Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA
1-2 years of hands-on experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and report to senior management
Desire to learn and grow with willingness to take on a variety of tasks
