Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Association Executive

Status: Full-time, Non-exempt

Position Summary:

Are you a dynamic and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our team. At Yakima Association of REALTORS® and Multiple Listing Service, you'll be the heart of our office, providing essential support to our Association Executive, other colleagues, and members alike.

Essential Functions:

Front Desk Maestro: Greet visitors with a warm smile, answer phone calls, and assist members with their inquiries.
Digital Dynamo: Manage our online presence by updating listings and responding to emails promptly.
Retail Whiz: Oversee our Board Store, from inventory management to customer service.
Tech Savvy Support: Assist members with technical issues related to our software and hardware.
Organizational Guru: Keep our office running smoothly through efficient filing and record-keeping.
And Much More: Dive into a variety of tasks, from event planning to special projects.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in an office setting
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
A positive attitude and a passion for teamwork
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
100% employer-paid health insurance including medical, dental, vision

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
