Job Description

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Location: Tri-State Area (NYC/ PA / NJ)/ Willing to commute – Hybrid mode

Employment: Full Time

Key Role and Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery:

Lead global technology projects for Life Sciences/Pharma clients, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and successful on-time, on-budget delivery.
Drive the execution of project plans and milestones while coordinating with globally distributed internal teams, including offshore delivery teams.
Manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects with cross-functional teams across different time zones, ensuring smooth project execution and strong team collaboration.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Own client relationships, aligning expectations with deliverables through proactive communication and regular updates.
Ensure clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Engage with executive-level stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal leadership to maintain alignment and transparency on project progress and outcomes.

Risk & Process Management:

Proactively identify and address risks to ensure smooth project execution and prevent potential disruptions.
Implement efficient program management processes, adhering to governance frameworks and methodologies, and utilize tools such as Jira and MS Project.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance protocols, providing risk mitigation strategies and action plans when necessary.

Financial & Operational Oversight:

Develop Statements of Work (SOW), build proposals, and deliver presentations to support project execution and business development.
Track the invoicing schedule in collaboration with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payments.
Collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure proper financial tracking and forecasting for project success.
