Job Description
Experience: 15 - 20 Years
Location: Tri-State Area (NYC/ PA / NJ)/ Willing to commute – Hybrid mode

Key Role and Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery:
- Lead global technology projects for Life Sciences/Pharma clients, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and successful on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Drive the execution of project plans and milestones while coordinating with globally distributed internal teams, including offshore delivery teams.
- Manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects with cross-functional teams across different time zones, ensuring smooth project execution and strong team collaboration.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Own client relationships, aligning expectations with deliverables through proactive communication and regular updates.
- Ensure clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal leadership to maintain alignment and transparency on project progress and outcomes.
Risk & Process Management:
- Proactively identify and address risks to ensure smooth project execution and prevent potential disruptions.
- Implement efficient program management processes, adhering to governance frameworks and methodologies, and utilize tools such as Jira and MS Project.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance protocols, providing risk mitigation strategies and action plans when necessary.
Financial & Operational Oversight:
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW), build proposals, and deliver presentations to support project execution and business development.
- Track the invoicing schedule in collaboration with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payments.
- Collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure proper financial tracking and forecasting for project success.
