DivergeIT is seeking an energetic and engaging professional who and enjoys working with people to assist in our day to day operations. You will be responsible for managing the front desk as well as overseeing administrative support, building maintenance and office expenditures.
Duties are as follows:
- Greet and provide general support to visitors
- Manage phones and call queues
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Point person for administrative support i.e. mailing, shipping, copying, faxing, scanning
- Facilities maintenance
- Coordinate and schedule office lunches
- Administrative support to CEO and Founder
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
