Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Paralegal. The Bilingual Paralegal will support a fast-paced law firm in the Galleria.
The Bilingual Paralegal will support the Litigation department, which specializes in filing and preparing necessary documents for ad valorem tax suits. Overview of this position is managing dockets for multiple district courts, handling substantial caseload of approximately 1,000 cases.
Key responsibilities include preparing and filing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and attending virtual and in-person docket proceedings with attorneys when necessary. They will also collaborate closely with clients, courts, and team members to ensure smooth case management.
Position Details:
- Type of Position: Full Time/Temp-to-Hire
- Pay: $18 per hour
- Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F, In office
