We’re looking for a Network Operations Manager to take ownership of our network infrastructure across the Americas—covering 80+ sites across Alaska, Canada, the USA, and South America. You’ll lead a team of 5 network engineers, ensure stability and performance, and tackle complex network challenges.
This is a hybrid schedule (3 days working on-site)
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, acting as the go-to technical expert (4th level support).
✅ Maintain and optimize Cisco, Meraki, and Palo Alto networks.
✅ Manage network projects, migrations, refreshes, and office moves, ensuring minimal disruption.
✅ Work with cloud networks and connectivity (Megaport, Equinix ExR, Azure, AWS, Oracle).
✅ Keep network documentation up to date (MS Visio is a must).
✅ Stay on top of network operations tickets, ensuring issues are resolved quickly (ServiceNow experience is a plus).
✅ Manage third-party service providers and telcos, driving performance and problem resolution.
What You Bring:
✔ 12+ years of experience in Network Engineering, with a solid technical foundation.
✔Strong expertise in corporate LAN/WAN, routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and Palo Alto Firewalls.
✔ Hands-on experience managing Meraki Wireless networks and troubleshooting enterprise WiFi.
✔ Familiarity with network automation (Terraform a plus) and monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
✔ CCNP/CCIE certification or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-Have:
➕ Experience with Aruba ClearPass (802.1x), ServiceNow, and IP address management tools.
➕ Background working in Data Center environments and cloud integrations.
