Provide evidence-based therapies, including neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and manual techniques. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning. Maintain accurate electronic documentation for compliance, coding, and billing. Mentor new staff and PTAs, ensuring high-quality care and professional development. Lead training sessions and in-services on physical therapy practices and patient safety. Supervise PTAs, reviewing treatment plans and patient progress. Physical Therapist Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience/Travel Experience (highly preferred) Licensure: Active Physical Therapy License in state of Oregon (required).
