$180K - $200K commensurate with experience
Up to $100K Student Loan Repayment Package

Qualifications:

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school with an active Oregon dental license and DEA certification.
3+ years of experience preferred; BLS certification required within six months of hire.
Ability to credential with Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurer.
Committed to serving diverse, low-income populations.
Non-violent Crisis Intervention training required within six months.
H1B Visa sponsorship available.
