Outside Sales- Remote based in Houston
The Outside Sales Representative will be the primary point of contact in the Houston area. This role requires a self-starter with 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Glass Fabrication or a related industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building client relationships, generating leads, and closing sales. This position reports directly to the CEO and will operate independently in the Houston region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial contractors, architects, and builders in the Houston area.
- Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities within the Commercial Glass Fabrication market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product specifications and timely delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for leadership.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Glass Fabrication or related industry.
- Proven experience in outside sales and business development.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
