Job Description
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred Certification:
• RSA Archer certification is a plus
Qualifications & Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in RSA Archer development and administration
• Hands-on experience with Archer data feeds, API integrations, and custom objects
• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and risk management processes
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and XML for customizing Archer applications
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in financial services or regulated industries
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
We are seeking a skilled Application Developer – Archer to join our team in Tampa, FL, and Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications within the RSA Archer GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Archer development, including configurations, integrations, and customization to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure solutions within the RSA Archer platform to support risk and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Archer applications and workflows
• Customize Archer solutions using Advanced Workflow, Data Feeds, and API integrations
• Perform Archer system administration, upgrades, and patch management
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the Archer applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Archer-related issues
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices for Archer development
