Senior Process Engineer – Catoosa, OK
Position Overview:
Our Client, a stable and growing chemical manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process and project engineering initiatives at their specialty chemical and gas production facility in Catoosa, OK. This is a high-impact role that will support major capital investments and process improvements, offering hands-on responsibility within a tight-knit engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and support strategic goals.
- Analyze workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout for optimal performance.
- Develop new tooling and processes in collaboration with equipment vendors.
- Conduct time/cost studies, process analysis, and performance reporting.
- Lead capital projects through planning, installation, and implementation.
- Support preventative maintenance programs and uphold safety and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (required)
- 4+ years of engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing environment (required)
- Proven background in process controls and development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), CAD, and job-related software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Preferred Candidate Traits:
- 8+ years of experience in specialty chemicals or gas production or manufacturing
- Comfortable working within a small team (1 onsite engineer, 5–6 corporate engineers)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120K–$140K+ (open to more for senior-level candidates)
- Bonus: 10–15% annual target | Sign-on bonus possible

- Work Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
