Job Description
We are seeking a Loan Analyst to support our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth loan processing, supporting originators, and optimizing sales operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter loan and customer data into our system with accuracy.
- Work closely with loan originators, brokers, and borrowers to gather required documents and information.
- Review and validate loan files against company guidelines and submission requirements.
- Coordinate with operations teams (underwriters, processors, closers) to facilitate loan processing.
- Support sales in pipeline management and daily follow-ups.
- Assist with various operational projects to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Finance, or Lending preferred. (Internship acceptable)
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and improve sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt in a high-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when working with complex data.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) for both internal and external interactions.
Education:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 3.5+ GPA required
