Requirements:- NY license
- Minimum of 2 years of CVOR scrubbing and circulating experience
- IV insertion and phlebotomy skill conscious sedation experience
- Experience must include open heart surgery
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
