Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Financial Services and Sales Representatives. You will ultimately be responsible for working with customers to help them refinance their automobiles.
You will be discussing finance options with qualified leads (no cold calling required) and educating them in the financial risks of auto loans.
Our training begins on July 30th 2024. After 1 month of intense training and vetting customers you will be eligible to be promoted to Financial Services Representative. (This is a commission only role with real opportunity to earn over $100k per year.)

Key Responsibilities
- You will be making outbound and receiving inbound calls from consumers across the United States, that will benefit from being able to refinance their auto loans and lower their monthly payments. You will be trained to walk the borrowers through the application process by phone.
- Making or receiving 100+ calls per day
- Meet monthly call and sales targets
- Assist other team members when necessary

- Must be able to type 40 wpm
- Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and sales processes
- Fluent in Spanish would be an advantage
Experience:
- Financial Services or Insurance experience
- Outgoing customer services/sales experience
- Outbound Call Center Sales experience

Compensation details: 20-20 Hourly Wage
