Medivant Healthcare is a new fully automated injectable manufacturing & outsourcing (503B) facility. We manufacture single dose sterile injectable products on the FDA's shortage list for hospitals and health providers around the country.
Job Summary: The Hospital Onboarding and Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Medivant Healthcare's hospital partnerships. This role involves initiating contact with Directors of Pharmacy (DOP) and buyers at hospitals, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring all vetting procedures are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of hospital pharmacy operations
Location: 24416 N 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85085.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Further details will be discussed during the interview.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year.
- Plus Commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Identify and reach out to potential hospital partners, including Directors of Pharmacy (DOP) and buyers.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage new hospital accounts.
- Sales Process Management:
- Initiate and manage the sales process from initial contact to final agreement.
- Present Medivant Healthcare's products and services effectively to hospital DOP's and Buyers.
- Address inquiries and concerns from potential clients promptly and professionally.
- Onboarding and Vetting:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hospital partners.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support hospital vetting processes.
- Relationship Building:
- Maintain strong relationships with hospital clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Regularly follow up with hospital partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and 503B outsourcing facilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, MHA) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospital pharmacy sales or pharmaceutical compounding.
