The Accounts Payable Office Coordinator will be responsible for a diverse range of duties ensuring the office is organized and has the resources needed to support the team and the storage business and assisting the accounting team by processing accounts payable. Accounts payable responsibilities will include routing vendor invoices to the relevant manager for approval, subsequently recording them in the accounting software post-approval and processing timely and accurate payment once approved. Additionally, in the capacity of office coordinator, this role provides comprehensive support to all departments within Kiwanda Hospitality Group, Pelican Brewing Company, and Nestucca Ridge Development. This position oversees the daily operations and communications of the office. Serving as a primary point of contact, the position embodies the office's welcoming ethos, ensuring all visitors are greeted with authentic hospitality.
