The Configuration and Data Management (CDM) organization is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The CDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices, and our customers.
The Configuration and Data Management Department is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Analyst, located onsite in Tucson, AZ.
What You Will Do
Lead the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities relative to identification, control, verification and accounting for systems and equipment in accordance with contractual requirements.
Establish procedures for and implement the introduction of changes to engineering documents for an assigned program and represent the functional group in the implementation of common processes.
Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities.
Ensures implementation of customer and internal configuration management requirements
Manage change and status accounting activities to ensure compliance with contractual and configuration management policies.
Establish and control configuration identification processes and baselines.
Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires Bachelor's degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
2 years of professional experience, Configuration and/or Data Management experience preferred.
Experience with databases (SAP, ERP, PDM, CABS, PRISM, and/or other related databases).
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
General knowledge and understanding of configuration management principles using configuration management policies, procedures, and tools.
Experience with MSOffice (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Solid competency in project planning
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various engineering disciplines to ensure data integrity and compliance with configuration management policies.
Identify potential complex problems associated with technical engineering data, regarding configuration management issues, and take corrective action as needed.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
