Service – Quality – Knowledge
As a member of the Nature's Seed fulfillment team, you will work under the direction of the Director of E-Commerce and will be responsible for assisting with the order fulfillment process from start to finish. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, compiling paperwork, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with other teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Receive and process customer orders, ensuring that all order details are accurate and complete.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Manage incoming customer emails and phone calls and provide appropriate solutions/resolutions
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interactive communication
- Perform customer returns
- Initiate shipping carrier claims
Order Processing- Facilitate customer will-call orders and ensure they're ready to ship
Working Conditions:
While this is an office position, please note that you will be required to work near an environment containing dust and other plant related debris. People with asthma or known allergens to grasses, pollen, etc. should not apply.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience
- Track record of adaptation and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with CRM systems / customer service ticketing systems, and best practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Previous experience working in eCommerce, specifically with WooCommerce preferred, but not required
- Existing experience in or a strong willingness to learn about planting seeds and/or agriculture a plus. However, product and industry training will be provided.
- Ability to commute in-office at our Lehi, UT location during normal business hours
- High School Diploma
- At times, overtime may be required.
Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
