What You Will Do
We are looking for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to manage Integrated Kill Chain Architecture (IKCA) team projects under the Integrated Mission Solution Analysis Department.
This Department’s objective is to produce analysis material to support, drive, and enable key business captures, current programs, special projects, and wide-ranging business opportunities. The location for the position is Tucson, Arizona and will require on-site attendance.
The IPT Lead role will entail providing direct guidance and leadership to a team of approximately 15 Engineers across multiple programs that create kill chain evaluation environments and perform studies using these environments to inform customers on system performance.
The candidate will act as the focal point for managing the test environment development, the formulation of kill chain studies, and interacting with customers.
The IPT Lead will also have demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and influence skills, along with the personality to foster teamwork and interdependent work execution.
The IPT Lead will participate in team planning, customer communications, and proposal efforts.
The IPT Lead will be expected to travel as necessary to attend customer evaluation meetings and manage/mentor those team members supporting such events.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of Engineering experience OR an advanced degree in STEM and 8 years of Engineering experience.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of engineering or related technical discipline, with documented experience in the following:
A functional, or program leader, role within a Modeling & Analysis department. Participating and supporting analyses and studies of system-of-systems configurations and/or of kill chain performance. Experience in evaluating new concepts of operation and developing new technology use cases.
Experience in applying principles such as CONOPS, DOE, system tradeoff analysis, threat definitions, and/or system of system assessments. Experience presenting technical and analytical information to customers/clients.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Understanding of Raytheon weapon system capabilities and application of those systems within US government Combatant Commands, experience with SIMDIS visualization creation (user and/or programmer)
Experience in high performance weapon simulation uses or creation and understanding of missile fundamentals.
Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems and well as C/C++ programming.
Experience with the fundamentals of computer communication through ports, sockets, and UDP/TCP. Experience with the Anaconda suite of tools covering Pandas, Matplotlib, NumPy, and SciPy.
Experience in design of Experiments experience, Experience as a Control Account Manager and Earned Value Management System Certification. Minimum of 2 years’ experience with missile launch envelope generation software, engineering domain experience in EO/IR/RF sensor, kinetic weapon, and/or electronic warfare systems.
Existing TS/SCI security clearance

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
