Hiring Full Time & Part Time Caregivers and CNAs - up to $20.50/hr!Interviews conducted and same day offers made to highly qualified candidates on a first come first serve basis.

Responsibilities:- Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
- Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being.
- Offer hands-on support and assistance with mobility and incontinence care as needed.
- Contribute to developing service plans and document care and services provided daily.
- Ensure care, safety, and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance.
Skills Required for Success:- Flexibility and adaptability to different schedules, tasks, and changing resident care needs.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to observe, identify, and promptly report changes in condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Capacity to follow detailed instructions while working as part of a team to achieve a collective goal.
Minimum Requirements:- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Interest in working with an aging population requiring physical assistance.
- Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
- Ability to work the defined schedule for this position, which may include weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:- At least one year of direct care experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing community.
- Value and personal fulfillment in serving or working with the senior population.
- Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Depicted by co-workers or colleagues as dependable, adaptable, and compassionate.
