Adult Outpatient Locum Tenens Job in the Bay Area Starting ASAP + OngoingDetails/Requirements: Need is for 100% adult outpatient services for 65 hours per month (14-15 hours a week up to 16-17 hours a week) starting ASAP and ongoing.
Board certification is required.
In-person is ideal but telehealth is okay. Client uses Zoom for tele health.
Flexible regarding days/hours worked as long as services are provided between 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
Serve patients with developmental disabilities, with a co-occurring mental health diagnosis as well
Prefer candidates with DD/ID experience, if possible. If not, then must be willing to work with their specific patient population. Some patients are not DD, but the majority are.
For adults, client typically allows 60 minutes for initial evaluations and 30-45 minutes for medication follow ups.
E.H.R. is Avatar. Must be technologically savvy to check email, navigate a smart phone, and be able to learn electronic health record.
Credentialing takes at least 4 weeks, possibly longer.
Prefer 3-6 month minimum assignments, the longer the better.
