Job DetailsDescriptionTriad Financial Services is a leading lender in the Manufactured Home niche. Because we continue to grow, both organically and by acquisition, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Loss Mitigation Fulfillment Analyst to join our team. Responsible to maintain timely processing for all administrative aspects of Loss Mitigation Fulfillment workflow to ensure programs are accurately captured, calculated and documented within the servicing system in accordance with regulatory and investor requirements. Loss Mitigation programs may include Repayment Plans, Modifications, Short Sales, Deeds-in-Lieu (Voluntary Surrender), Loan Extensions, and Loan Charge-off and any other applicable Loss Mitigation Workout programs.
Compensation Range: 45,000-50,000/annually plus benefits and potential staff bonus opportunity
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Timely and accurately calculate financial terms conducive to regulatory compliance and investor program guidelines for the various Loss Mitigation alternatives (modifications, short sales, deeds-in-lieu, extensions, charge-off, etc.
• Underwrite based on qualifying investor criteria to certify approvals for modifications
• Calculate loss mitigation programs and modification terms in accordance with investor rules and waterfall requirements
• Initiate QA and loan maintenance management review of all workout programs to maintain accuracy at system and document levels
• Use reports and systems tools to maintain department controls, key performance indicator metrics throughout the loss mitigation program workout cycle.
• Execute, deliver and retrieve loan documents from customer, investors and management in support of Loss Mitigation programs
• Communicate with community managers to determine legal status, field chase results and occupancy status at the mobile home community
• Deliver posting instructions to Cash Department and track posting results for program accuracy
• Perform pre-foreclosure sale date reviews on applicable accounts to ensure all reasonable efforts to avoid foreclosure sale have been met in accordance to regulatory and investor guidelines
• Execute Loss Mitigation Certification documents when required to proceed with Foreclosure action
• Follow up on phone calls and emails as needed for the resolution or clarification of issues
• Be flexible with their time and schedule to meet the needs of the business
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of three years’ loss mitigation or other mortgage/real estate default related experience
• 2 - 5 years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of Loss Mitigation or Foreclosure procedures
• Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to present a professional image to customers, coworkers and external contacts
• Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate and negotiate with parties
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under deadlines
• Knowledge of federal regulations and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
• Efficient Problem solving skills
• Demonstrate situational crisis-management skills
• MSP experience is a plus
