We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Manager working out of our corporate office in Wilmington, MA. location. This position will report to the New England Division President.
We are in search of an engaging and strategic Marketing Manager with a customer-facing orientation to spearhead our marketing initiatives and bolster our brand presence within the HVAC wholesale market. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B marketing, with a documented history of devising and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance market share and stimulate sales growth. There is no relocation assistance for this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING MANAGER
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that not only raise brand awareness but also foster direct engagement with customers.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth and stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with sales teams to synchronize marketing and sales strategies, ensuring a unified approach to market entry and customer loyalty.
- Manage marketing budget and allocate funds wisely to maximize return on investment.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Design print ads and publications, as well as digital content for the company website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies through metrics and KPIs and adjust plans accordingly.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Work with customers face to face or remotely to promote marketing and sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players, including suppliers, contractors, and trade associations.
- Act as a company ambassador at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities, engaging directly with customers and prospects.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE MARKETING MANAGER
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in the HVAC or a similar wholesale industry, with a focus on customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales processes, and customer journey.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in marketing automation and CRM software, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and company meetings.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
