We are adding an experienced and creative Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to our team. As we progress in fulfilling our vision of becoming the preeminent builder of complex wastewater construction projects, we seek a creative type who is ready to assemble winning proposals with municipalities, local and federal governments, and design engineers. With our annual revenue exceeding $100 million, you will work towards perfecting our proposal process and sufficiently marketing our expertise and capabilities to our clients across the eastern seaboard.
You will join our Business Development team to support the execution of marketing strategies for the procurement of new contracts. You will use your passion for marketing, keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate various marketing activities to create engaging and powerful content that produces winning proposals. As your work enables our growth, your role will expand to take on more responsibility and move your career forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Preparation and Submission:
Assist in the preparation and submission of ACE proposal documents:
- Prequalification packages
- Statement of qualifications
- Responses to requests for interest
- Proposals
Marketing Document Development:
Assist in the development and updating of ACE marketing documents:
- Company brochures
- Client testimonial packages
- Resumes
- Project fact sheets
- Website copy
Business Development Activities:
- Assist in coordinating conferences and expos events
- Manage and create content for social media posts
- Conduct market research and analysis
Requirements:
- Proficiency in graphics and layout design, preferably using Adobe InDesign
- Strong content generation skills, including the creation of images and text
- Diligence in ensuring conformance to solicitation requirements
